This "No-Sugar Added" Wild Blueberry fruit spread has only 20 calories and less than 1 gram of total sugars per Tablespoon. It tastes Really Good, just like our regular low-sugar Wild Blueberry fruit spread. I use Xylitol instead of cane sugar (table sugar) in this recipe. I've tried many sugar substitutes in my recipes and in my opinion I've found that Xylitol produces the best tasting spreads
