This "Sugar Free" Rhubarb Strawberry fruit spread has only 20 calories and less than 1 gram of total sugars per Tablespoon. It tastes Really Good, just like our regular low-sugar Rhubarb Strawberry fruit spread. I use Xylitol instead of cane sugar (table sugar) in this recipe. I've tried many sugar substitutes in my recipes and in my opinion I've found that Xylitol produces the best tasting spreads
Rhubarb, a vegetable, blended with the perfect amount of perfectly ripened strawberries creates an irresistible balanced fruit spread. Try it on vanilla ice cream, in yogurt, oatmeal or toast. This is one of my favorites.
Ingredients: Rhubarb, Xylitol, Strawberries, Pectin, Citric Acid, Vegetable and Fruit Juice for Color.
Note: Xylitol is toxic to dogs and pets.

Absolutely delicious! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it has xylitol as the second ingredient, which is a sugar alcohol. That being said, there is no artificial sweetner after taste. The spread is excellent and I have purchased it repeatedly.

Really Good products
This is the best jam/ fruit spread. I discovered Really Good products a few years ago at the Oyster Bay festival. It is now my preferred product! DELICIOUS!

Like all of the fruit spreads from Really Good, this sugar free spread is loaded with flavor and perfect consistency. Makes me wish it was around for all those years I was eating sugared jelly.
